EnergyICT nominated for the Belgian Business Awards for the Environment 2009
Though EnergyICT was not awarded a Belgian prize, we did receive a certificate which automatically grants our company participation in next year's award event: "The European Business Awards for the Environment 2010" organized by the European Commission and designed to recognise and promote organisations which make an outstanding contribution to sustainable development on the European level.
There's also a pdf brochure on the award event offering a short overview of the nominees and their projects. EnergyICT's submitted dossier described our energy management solutions for Tesco UK.
EnergyICT nominated for the Belgian Business Awards for the Environment 2009
For the second time this year EnergyICT participated in an award event: "The Belgian Business Awards for the Environment 2009".
Our company was one of 10 nominees selected out of 37 companies and once again, EnergyICT was commended by many during the official ceremony Wednesday December 2nd, including Paul Magnette (Minister of Climate and Energy) Thomas Leysen (President of the Federation of Enterprises in Belgium), Jos Delbeke (Deputy Director General DG Environment, European Commission) and Prince Filip of Belgium.
